Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange if:

Exchanges are only valid before stitching and if the fabric is unused and uncut.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Tailor mistakes or wrong stitching size

  • Fabric damaged, cut, or mishandled by the customer
